Pricing FAQ
What counts as a unit?
A unit is a billable property. For multi-family buildings, only the individual leaf units are counted. The parent building record isn't billed. Removed properties drop off your count.
Are features limited by plan?
No. Every plan includes every Homesly feature. Pricing scales purely with how many units you manage, not which capabilities you unlock.
Is the rate the same across my whole portfolio?
No. It's graduated. Each band's rate applies only to the units in that band, so adding units lowers your blended cost without raising the price of units you already had.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, then bills monthly.
What about more than 1,000 units?
